2yThank you for your feedback. Staff contracted hours are rostered to meet the needs of the people we support. There are many people we support that require staff 24/7 and I would like to thank you for your continued support in keeping people safe whilst waiting for your late colleague. We do except there may be occasions where staff may be late due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation issues. Where this is the case staff are required to contact the location/on calll manager and inform them of such. However these should be by exception only. Where it is identified otherwise formal processes will be triggered. I am sure you will be pleased to hear that we will shortly be going live with our electronic roster system. This will require staff to clock in and out and be paid accordingly for the time that they work.
