Thank you for your comments. It's good to hear that the teams you work with are passionate and loyal and want to do a great job, and it's good to hear that people are so focused. As you know, we are currently transforming our business and this can be very unsettling for everyone. Restructures are always difficult and these decisions are never taken lightly. We have tried to support those impacted with CV and job hunting support and with our Employee Assistance Programme. The Executive Team chose to forgo their transformation bonus.
