Pros

The employees are passionate, loyal, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help colleagues and customers.

Cons

The new senior management team, unfortunately, does not recognise this and has recently ‘removed’ a large number of these passionate, dedicated and knowledgable people in the most appallingly organised restructure in history. People have been treated with no respect, no thought and no care whatsoever.

Thank you for your comments. It's good to hear that the teams you work with are passionate and loyal and want to do a great job, and it's good to hear that people are so focused. As you know, we are currently transforming our business and this can be very unsettling for everyone. Restructures are always difficult and these decisions are never taken lightly. We have tried to support those impacted with CV and job hunting support and with our Employee Assistance Programme. The Executive Team chose to forgo their transformation bonus. We hope you have started to see positive changes since your comments made in August.

Pros

Mostly nice people and decent work life balance. Some flexibility with wfh and office

Cons

Progression is non existent. Any pay rises are not based on your performance, everyone gets the same, poor performer or strong performer = same percent payrise. Unless you work in senior management, the bonus is poor. Be lucky to clear £1000.
