Afia is a fast paced company that has a strong social mission to help those across the country utilize tools and processes to revolutionize healthcare. We are able to help people in many different ways, whether it is evaluating their IT systems top to bottom, or selecting the right EHR for their needs, to hosting their entire IT infrastructure, we work to find the best solution for each client. Additionally, we are able to donate 10% of our profits away each year to help fund healthcare parity across the country.
Cons
One of the biggest challenges we have as a company is finding great talent that can help our clients feel comfortable with the technology and at the same time drive them to make the hard choices. We have a great team that we have built with those qualities and are always looking for people to help us in our mission.
