ASP provides a well-structured summer day camp program. Separating campers by gender and age works well, as does rotating them through a circuit of teachers offering different activities. Decent pay for part-time summer work.

The physical facility could be improved to provide more outside activities. I suggested a GaGa Pit - and they would like to build one - it just didn't happen summer of 2018. Planning weekly lessons based on weekly themes was very challenging given the different age groups though I had less experience as a teacher than most.
