Good company - Accounting Ag Plus Employee Review

The leadership is excellent. I was hired there alongside my brother for around two months in the summer of 2024, and although we made quite a few mistakes (this being both his and my first job), our manager was very gracious and patient with us as we learned to work there. It is challenging work sometimes, but never arduous. Most of the time, it is easy to put on an audio book and forget that you are working.

The work is sometimes quite smelly, so you don't want a weak stomach. It can be monotonous unless you have headphones or are used to repetitive tasks.

Spending money on improvements Non-management colleagues are good people

Benefits - Heath and PTO are awful, PTO especially for hourly colleagues. Your sick time is your PTO, its a joke. Health is through AGA (Automated Group Administration) in Fort Wayne, it's lousy and antiquated, Communication - Numerous times I was treated poorly for things I didn't know about or were not my fault. Expectations were never set so I was royally chewed about things I didn't know were required of me. Leadership - an organization led by arrogant, prideful, and manipulative baby boomers, namely the CEO. Next to no opportunities to improve knowledge of how to do my job better either through constructive feedback or professional seminars such as GEAPS Employer Feedback - This company does not foster an environment where honest feedback can be given on things like safety, poor communication from supervisor, or issues with benefits. The CEO tends to gaslight or distort the facts when issues are brought up.
