Cons
- You can't speak against your manager - If you speak against your manager, your manager has rights to fire you on the spot or manager can scold you in front of everyone, while company has policy against same formulation that no one can scold to other employee in work place. If it happens then company will take action but.. policy is not for manager - Your TDS will deducted but you won't get Form 16 or you won't be able to see company name as deductor in Form 26AS. - You won't get your EPF till 6 months you'll be relieved, they will do fake promises that they have processed from their end and after 1-2 months you'll get transaction SMS from EPHO (In this case, they are saying that EPFO has an issue, please raise your concern to them) - You can't claim for your EPF because they won't do verification process from their end - Company is product based but you can't suggest for improvements in product. If you can prove that this is needed, they won't let you do it. - Generally, Other Company has policy of handing over tasks to designated person during notice period but in this company, you'll be given list of new task and you have to provide estimated timeline to complete all tasks. That estimation will be your notice period. - Once you resign, your resignation will be accepted after 10-15 days and you'll have to serve notice period starting from your resignation acceptance date. - Mostly Salary is being done partially like an EMI - Company is loosing so many good valuable employees due to one single person but company can't see it, Company will keep him on-board and let others allow to relieve - Your IN time is decided but your OUT time not decided - You might be asked to work day and night forcefully even if you've family. Employee needs to work from office for whole night while manager will be at home. Also, you can't deny for it. - Company is working without HR, you can't decide whom to complain
