After going through four interviews with Agap2, they had already offered me a contract—just without the starting date, as the third company involved was still uncertain about the project. Then, without any communication, they simply disappeared. No update, no explanation, not even a courtesy message to inform me that the project didn’t move forward. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a recruitment company. The first priority of any recruiter should be clarity—it’s completely fine if a job opportunity doesn’t work out, but the least they should do is communicate properly with the candidate. Instead, their team showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. For me, Agap2 represents the worst kind of recruitment agency, one that doesn’t value transparency or basic courtesy. If you’re considering working with them, be prepared for a frustrating and unreliable experience.
