      A positive work environment that fosters individual growth and an overall team approach. i have personally seen the extra TLC from the staff that go above and beyond to deliver a caring, loving approach to all patients and families we serve.

      i have not experienced any downsides.

      Pros

      The field staff love hospice and care so much about the work they do every day. But they have no clinical or leadership support.

      Cons

      Inexperienced clinical leadership and director of operations. Favoritism. Unequal caseloads. Retaliation when productivity not met. Retaliation by leadership when needing to call out sick. High caseload. Poor work life balance. Senior/corporate leadership do not take field staff concerns seriously. HR does not take field staff concerns seriously. Director is not knowledgeable in hospice care and there are frequent service failures. AVP / CEO / HR did not act expeditiously to several complaints regarding branch leadership. Branch needs a clean out and a lot of TLC.
