Cons
Incredibly disorganized as far as schedules and communication. Parents would be surprised when I showed up because no one told them I was coming. A person in Greenville was scheduling people in a totally different part of the state and that led to really long commutes, never checking first to see if that was okay. I expect some driving but I didn’t agree to travel an hour to get to a two hour session. The local coordinator always tried to fix it for me but since she wasn’t over the schedule she couldn’t do much. I would get like 3 different schedules sent and sometimes there would still be mistakes and typos. I was also promised a raise that never came, more than once, even when I followed up about it. The owners would come to town and be super nice and everything, but it’s like the just forgot everything they said or promised when they left. The send out “shoutout” emails praising therapists, and it’s clearly written by one of the owners and not based on actual feedback from coordinators or families. Every shoutout is just a vague complement and one time there was a shoutout to a girl who had quit several months before.
