My time at Agentio has been eye-opening in all the best ways. It’s truly a “rising tide lifts all boats” environment, with every department working together to deliver the best possible client experience. We’re moving quickly and making daily optimizations to continuously improve the platform and you can feel the impact of your work every single day. I feel incredibly fortunate to collaborate with such a smart, thoughtful group of people. Leadership also places a strong emphasis on culture, creating space for team events, daily knowledge sharing, and moments of gratitude that make Agentio an inspiring place to work.

You have to be open to weekly changes as the company continues to evolve.

Growth is strong and there is genuine momentum in the business. My colleagues are smart. Compensation is solid.

While I do think leadership has hired a mostly strong team that's enjoyable to spend time with, I have ethical reservations about the founding team. I've seen instances of concerning behavior. Arthur will be the first to say he's 'very competitive'. That's all well and good, but when it leads to decision making on how to handle creators and brands in our ecosystem, I've been concerned by a lack of integrity in multiple instances. I'll just leave it at that for fear of being identified.
