My time at Agentio has been eye-opening in all the best ways. It’s truly a “rising tide lifts all boats” environment, with every department working together to deliver the best possible client experience. We’re moving quickly and making daily optimizations to continuously improve the platform and you can feel the impact of your work every single day. I feel incredibly fortunate to collaborate with such a smart, thoughtful group of people. Leadership also places a strong emphasis on culture, creating space for team events, daily knowledge sharing, and moments of gratitude that make Agentio an inspiring place to work.

You have to be open to weekly changes as the company continues to evolve.

We’re moving fast and I’m learning something new every day. The team is incredibly smart and driven—both the GTM and Product/Engineering sides constantly push each other to challenge assumptions and test ideas quickly. I always feel like the team (and CEO/CTO!) are working equally as hard. The technology we’re building is genuinely disruptive and it's incredibly rewarding to see the output of your work have a real impact on the brands, creators and managers using the platform. It’s refreshing and energizing to be at a company where your work makes a visible difference in the direction of the business on a day-to-day basis. And the culture strikes a great balance—we have incredibly fun days at the office and do regular team events but it’s not a “work hard, play hard” atmosphere. The team are ambitious, social and everyone has impressive hobbies and interests outside of the office.

None. We're building together in the office 5 days a week so this is not a role for someone who isn't excited by that.
