Pros
- if you want IB on your resume and have no other option, then it's good for a short time. Modelling standards are great. - if it's your first job and do not know how real world working is, this is a good place to start
Cons
1. no corporate governance, hire and fire culture 2. vey high attrition rate - one of the partners is impossible to work with 3. toxic work culture - no onboarding. Partners have favourites who act like bullies - an analyst was fired just because the partner did not like him 4. spend hours doing unproductive work like drafting emails 5. no ethics, only money speaks - a senior management personnel was hired who was fired by big 6 for HR indiscretion 6. no direction at work - just randomly do stuff 7. some of their projects make little or no commercial sense - you will be hounded if you question anything 8. no real HR guy - the one person who handles everything is a sweet guy, but is powerless
