This is a great growing company that holds so many opportunities for growth. They are always doing things to show they appreciate us and the work that we do for them, from lunch and breakfast once a week, to monthly birthday celebrations, and little inspirational emails. Knowing I'm appreciated makes me love coming to work and makes me want to do the best I can do.

Since this is a growing company sometimes processes change, but there is no growth without change.

I love working here it is a breathe of fresh air. In Dallas,Tx it is hard to find a job with good benefits, works with your personal schedule, and allows you a chance to learn and grow with in the company. When I first got the call for an interview I was skeptical about coming because it was on a Saturday. However, I'm so happy that I came! I can see my self working here for years! They pay is good, they feed us twice a week! Great people to work will and the Management is very understanding

Some of the people who have been here for a long time are not use to growth so starting out they can be a little up tight but after you have earned your stripes they are nice
