Agentra in general has had the worst turnover rate since I started a year ago, because the lack of communication, favoritism, disrespect, and dishonesty. The Operations and Commissions department has a bad habit of talking bad about other employees (the ex-COO herself would be involved in those discussions). They are all about favoritism so if you are not close to the clique they will bully and mistreat you. The company knows that the Agents that sell the policies are giving falsified information to the Members and are not doing anything about it. Customer service has to deal with the backlash of the angry members, that is why they have a huge turnover rate in that department. The overall atmosphere feels like you are in high school and not at a professional corporate setting.
