Overtime continously , they are always hiring, most employees are friendly, always something you can learn

Supervisors create a hostile working environment, as well as openly violate Hipa guidelines. HR does NOT listen to their floor representatives, unfriendly, unapproachable and discussions that took place in a closed office of HR was openly repeated aloud on the floor by the supervisor the discussion was about. They have lost their family approach, hide behind UNUM, never paid out disability I was entitled to. Demand ungodly hours, expect you to give their customers sympathy but in return don't have any for employees. Supervisors are not required to work the overtime and still leave early while floor reps are mandatory overtime. No appreciation at all. Constantly getting I'll because they expound to be there even when the doctor said no because it was contagious and they were already treating several cases from there already
