      Just so new folks are aware - Customer Success Associate Agero Employee Review

      Pros

      Pay is 15.00 during training and 16.25 in production which is good compared to in person entry level jobs here plus I save on gas and wear since it's remote. Training is good. Benefits seem good. 401k matching 100% on the first 2% plus 50% on the next 4% After a year.

      Cons

      Any time you get up to stretch or go to the bathroom where you aren't available to take calls, you must take it out of your 15 minute break. If you take your 15 and then have to go do something real quick after, you communicate with your supervisor who then tells you how to handle your call status. If it becomes too frequent you'll be asked to talk to HR about possibly getting an accommodation due to a condition.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to move up. Staff quick to recognize skill and praise/reward.

      Cons

      You're talking to customers on their WORST DAY. Sometimes they're pissed and it comes out at you.

      Pros

      Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

      Cons

      Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
