Pros
I worked at AgilePoint for more than 7 years at their Mountain View office. I was blessed to work with some good co-workers and higher level staffs.
I have seen some good leadership and strategic thinking qualities from my leads, managers, HR staff and CEO himself. Jesse, CEO, a very influential being and a down to earth cares his employees and often talks to you in-person.
A very culture oriented people who really care about employees in all situations. They allowed me to make mistakes and learn from them.
As a company, it always has good and bad. But, I was there to learn, grow and give back to community. AgilePoint is a wonderful product with a rich framework of form design, workflow and integrations. There is always a demand for BPM globally.
They listen to you and make adjustments if you have concerns. So, I never had a problem with my demands. Its small but been in the industry for long time.
I learned both technical and non-technical skills. Besides regular .Net, JS, SQL, I learnt some unique skills like how to solve a problem in AgilePoint way even though it can be solved with a software program. Talking to customers and gathering requirements through web meetings, travel to customer locations for requirements gathering workshop. They let you own and handle customer accounts so you learn, and get the job done eventually. So, its easy to make an impact and take accountability.
Some perks like free snacks, surprise lunch and snacks on Fridays, Christmas party and dozens of prizes, free tickets to Salesforce, Microsoft conferences, lots of travel to customer places if you like.
Overall, its a great company to work and grow!
Cons
Not much but some such as some good amount of work loads but seasonal.
