If you want to work at a company where you are given the right balance of authority to run your function and accountability to make sure things are going well, where people are promoted based on their contributions, capabilities, and track record, and where people at the top of the company work collaboratively to balance the needs of customers, shareholders, and employees, this is not the place for you. It used to be, but that all ended when the new CEO came on board. Now, a job requirement for all employees is to kiss the ring of the king and his sycophants.
