From my first day to my last it was hell. Unless you are a certain type of person you are not going to fit in here. Was told from day one if you want to succeed here you need to suck up to management no matter how badly they treat you. I was in a vital department and was left constantly in dark about what was going on. I found out from a 3rd party that they were going to get rid of my department which was the final straw for me. Day one they tried to stick me in another department without consultation. When I bit back they made my life hell. Expecting reports that would normally take days to complete in hours, I was doing what felt like 5 peoples jobs. When the so called Financial Controller made an error she blamed me just to save face. Also get use to abusive emails, you'll get them when certain people don't get what they want. But no one wants to clamp down on it as they are the ones bringing in the business so they get away with murder so to speak. Very much a blame culture.
