      Pros

      Teamwork oriented and friendly environment. Learn new skills and understanding about plant production. Opportunities to make an influence in the company due to small size of team. PTO offered and health insurance offered at discount. Also paid holidays.

      Cons

      Hard work. Not for the light-hearted as temperature swings during greenhouse work can be harsh. Micromanagement from Top Management. Benefits are not as good as they could be.

      Pros

      The production people are great, really hard workers. I enjoyed the day to day interaction. The hours are good. The work was something I enjoyed doing.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t seem concerned about correcting a situation when it is expressed to be an issue. There was a lot of favoritism, if you weren’t one of the favorites then you were just shined on.
