Remote work as others said, but this isn't a remote job like you might think you really have to work a lot and be available. It's not any different then if you're working in an office in that sense. You can't just take off, and go to lunch for hours. It's fine to time for appointments, and no one gets on your case if you need to go do something as long as you tell your team. Common sense, normal stuff. On-sites can be long with every minute of your day is scheduled, and it gets exhausting.
Vacation time is not good, and there's no sick leave you have just one bank of paid leave. You'll be expected to work over weekends. It seems like some departments work harder than others and although they ask for feedback it can be hard to speak up in a big group especially when you're having to respond directly to the CEO in front of everyone. We're all working hard but it can seem like it's never enough and eventually some people will burn out. Sometimes it feels like smart people are hired but, then put to work on basic things.
