Pros

Working for Aha! has stretched and challenged me like no job before -- and that is a good thing! The founders created a new way of building great products and companies. They call it The Responsive Method, and it informs the way we work every day (and we work very hard.) With this goal-first approach, we are able to accomplish a great deal every day as a company. The expectations are high but I always feel supported. The company has changed the way I work, and I have never felt more satisfied. The leadership of this company truly cares about putting something great and lasting in the world, but they also genuinely care about the team. I feel very blessed to be a part of this company and proud to call myself an Aha!

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

I have been working for Aha! for almost six years now. I joined Aha! because everything I read about the product, the people, the work, and the company seemed unlike any other company I have worked for. It was inspiring to me. Several years later, and it is still inspiring. I get to work with the best in the business. I get to do work every day that I love. My fellow Aha!s are brilliant, hard working, and kind. They care about the work they do and they care about the people they work with. Getting together with them twice a year at onsites is truly a highlight. The product is incredible and always improving. I cannot imagine not using it every day to do my job. It is just that good and the people that built it are even better. It makes me proud to work at Aha!.

Cons

An incredible amount of effort is put into daily work, sometimes it is easy to get so buried in it that you forget to pause and celebrate what you have achieved. Take a breath, it's okay to do so.
