Pros

I was originally an Aha! customer before joining the team. I led product management for years at my previous company -- and knew Aha! was the solution I had been missing from the first time I used it. The more deeply I used Aha! the more convinced I became that it was more than a tool -- it was powerful enough to change how entire organizations build products. It provided a better way for teams to plan their strategy and share their roadmaps. I joined Aha! because I wanted to be a part of something that was more than just a job. Here I'm part of a movement that is changing the way companies innovate. It is so rewarding to help our customers realize what they can achieve with Aha!

Pros

I have been working for Aha! for almost six years now. I joined Aha! because everything I read about the product, the people, the work, and the company seemed unlike any other company I have worked for. It was inspiring to me. Several years later, and it is still inspiring. I get to work with the best in the business. I get to do work every day that I love. My fellow Aha!s are brilliant, hard working, and kind. They care about the work they do and they care about the people they work with. Getting together with them twice a year at onsites is truly a highlight. The product is incredible and always improving. I cannot imagine not using it every day to do my job. It is just that good and the people that built it are even better. It makes me proud to work at Aha!.

Cons

An incredible amount of effort is put into daily work, sometimes it is easy to get so buried in it that you forget to pause and celebrate what you have achieved. Take a breath, it's okay to do so.
