Toxic culture and favoritism overshadow hybrid work setup - Senior Analyst AiDash Employee Review

Worst company to work for. they follow hire and fire policy. Every year they will fire people in November and will rehire, in April to save cost. I worked in Customer Success team for more than 1 year and it is the worst team in an already worse company, to work for. Favoritism is rampant and people who are not friends of a particular PM will be fired at will. 2-3 people sitting in bangalore are running the company like a typical Indian desi lala. If you want to grow in Tech avoid this company.
