Pros
Remuneration is enough to pay the bills, rent, and go out on the weekends, and there is no immediate danger to your health. They have bathrooms with running water (most of the time), and offices are heated/cooled.
Cons
No accountability. No consistency. No training. Poor leadership. Terrible communication. Large, nation-wide company acting like they are 2-3 store small business. Policies and procedures change day to day (sometimes hour to hour) and are not communicated. Nepotism is rife. Bandaid solutions/temporary fixes are the norm. They do not care about their customers (most of whom are disabled, sick, elderly, or all three) as long as the money is coming in. They care even less about their staff. I have witnessed staff members be bullied out of roles by management. Pay is ok, if you're single without kids and don't like fancy things. If this isn't your last chance, if you have enough money to get you through another week or month - look elsewhere.
