      Pros

      They party a lot, have a golf simulator, not aware of what goes is happening on the production floor.

      Cons

      Lack of Management acuity. Lack of ability to create structure. Allows antiquated ideas to run their factory. Alcohol consumption during work hours by management. No formal evaluation process. Lack of follow through by those entrusted to lead.

      Pros

      Innovative and supportive job environment. Top management is approachable. Every project is unique. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow. New beautiful office.

      Pros

      A great atmosphere, we recently had a member management leave the company. They took their poor performance and attitude with them. The company does a lot for the employees. The CEO has a open door policy and is always willing to listen and implement actions. The salary is fair. Schedule flexibility is also a big plus.

      Cons

      I do not care for the Semi monthly pay schedule.
