      Pros

      Varied work on interesting projects and generally a good sense of teamwork in project groups. Opportunity to work on some modern civil and military aircraft.

      Cons

      Poor salary and little prospects of advancement, leads to a high staff turnover. Working hours can be excessive. Employee benefits and physical working conditions really need to be improved.

      - Interesting projects and technologies - Impressive wind tunnel - Some very knowledgeable individuals to work with

      Cons

      -The overall quality of the Management Team has consistently declined over the last decade. Their limited understanding of the business and their general unawareness of where/who in the company adds value have led to poor decisions. The former related to business strategy and the latter to employee recognition. - HR/Recruitment is not knowledgeable and unresponsive, resulting in poor hiring decisions and a very poor candidate experience.

      An interesting diverse range of projects to work on.

      Cons

      Projects can be rushed without adequate time for development and maintenance but good news is that new management is working to fix ongoing concerns.
