Pros
Started off as a nice place to work, remote working, smart people and autonomy to own and execute in an interesting problem space. CEO was reasonable of early/mid stage startups.
Cons
Talented engineering and product team but an incompetent CPO. Possibly the worst leader I've worked with in any space. Lacked basic team building skills, poor communicator, sat on the fence on major decisions and constantly played politics behind the scenes. Overall the company and many of those that performed well within it operated along cult like parameters. Personalities could gain and then fall out of favour over short time periods.
