Pros
Coworkers were nice, often helpful. They do offer a longevity bonus of up to 3k if you stay in your current position. Health insurance is not bad, opportunities to buy shares at employee rates as well.
Cons
If you are looking for a circus you’d be better off joining the Ringling Bros. So much turnover here it’s crazy. Loss of lots of tenured people. Upper mgmt changes their mind on what they want their focus to be every month it seems so there is no stability. They stress the supervisors out and they get frustrated and leave and it all trickles down. The mood in the building is so deflated, yet they are bringing people back in the office more days when work can and has been done mostly remote for years now. Raises are sad, goals are not SMART goals, and they recently changed the incentive structure resulting in hard working folks making less money than previous years. HR will tell you that their pay is competitive and they try to sell it to you that you can make tons of money bonusing but you absolutely can make more money elsewhere. Lots of nice people there but just not worth the headache.
