      Good pay and benfits. not a whole lot more to add here

      Cons

      Never know when you are working. production manager cant seem to make schedule out a week in advance, you get moved around on differnt shifts with out much notice. if you are not one of the production managers friends you get treated like crap...Equipment needs repair and no one seems to be fixing anything

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
