Pros
As a driver, you are one mistake away from being terminated. High stress. Self righteous safety personnel make the job very stressful. Intense labor. They once fired an exceptional driver of 14 years because he caused $200 damage to an awning. There are better jobs out there. They give unproductive drivers an $800 bonus while the drivers that make the business run are compensated $3 less on the hour and are ineligible for the bonus. Very unfair. Did I mention the hot shot drivers constantly clean up behind the Route Drivers?

Do not drive for this company. You’d be better off driving for Swift.
