You have to dial out a specific amount of minutes a day whether you are actually talking to someone of just leaving messages all day. The management plays favorites with their team and gives the good leads to the "yes" people. You are micromanaged down to the last detail. All the floor managers have to listen to all the outgoing calls to make sure the reps arent talking to their friends just to build up their minutes talked number.
