Highschool environment. Low pay. Besides the Safety coordinator all other management are lazy and lack knowledge to lead. Night shift loader mgr horrible no communication, leaves crew hanging gossips and even put his hands on fellow Co worker. Should be fired and replaced by someone more qualified.
