Pros
They are fraudster & their intention is to collect the franchise fees from investor and fly by night without starting the operation in India.
Cons
They are not even capable to pay the employee salary & even dont disclose anything to their employees even when they ask for basic question like where do they have franchises in India, the very fact is that they make all false promises during the candidates interview time like claiming that they have 120 + branches across India but in realty they dont even have 4-5 franchise across India & also those franchise which are there belongs to the relatives of the top Management just to showcase them but in realty there is no business conducted from there. This is just to showcase the prospect investor & cheat them and take away their money. Beware there are 3-4 female staff in Noida office who are expert and know how to cheat the employees and investors may be they are doing it on Management instruction and are threatened if they disagree with their views and plans.
