      Pros

      Lower level managers are great, some really nice people around the company.

      Cons

      Lack of any real benefits. Management does not see people as their biggest asset with a mind placed more on business ahead of everyone else but in my opinion this is backfiring as some really good people have already left due to it across many levels.

      - Time constraints to produce results. - Some guides are outdated for processes.
