Pros
This place is full of the cleverest people you could wish to meet in theirs respective fields. The kinds of people that make you wonder how someone can know so much whilst still being able to remember the previous stuff! The company is VERY well established.
Cons
There is ZERO training on how to do your job. On their website it touts its online "Academy" and that your training (including classroom based training, somehow) will all be done through there, which sounds great. In reality, it's for health and safety so you know how to sit etc. Nothing for your actual job role. Due to the technologies used in the company, you can't work here with prior knowledge or experience on its main technology (unless you're VERY lucky), so the fact there's no training is appalling.
