Thank you for your feedback on your recent experience with Aite Group. And I am genuinely very sorry that unlike so many others here at Aite Group, you had a horrible experience at Aite Group. I can literally feel your frustration and anger jumping out of this page. And I think your anger may have gotten the better of you when you wrote this which led you to making certain accusations that are simply not true, which in turn hurt the overall credibility of your comments. This is quite unfortunate as I do think you actually make valid points, especially related to the reality of health insurance coverage/costs for small businesses like ours where every year it becomes tougher and tougher to provide top notch coverage for all of your colleagues. Despite this, we have to continue to try to be better because nothing is more important than making sure that all of our colleagues here at Aite Group and their families are taken care of from health coverage perspective.
It is clear if anyone reads through the comments about Aite Group (or any other company for that matter) on Glassdoor, we are not a perfect company by any means and though we always try our best, I agree with you that we have so many areas that we need to improve on, including all benefits and not just health insurance. This is one of the reasons why every year all employee related benefits are evaluated and changes are made if we can find a better solution for everyone.
Having been here since the beginning, the company you describe above certainly does not match my own personal reality of Aite Group but I really do empathize with your sentiments. It is incredibly tough to find a job that meets one's expectation these days and at times, unforeseen management changes happen and direction of the company pivots out of the blue. And as you say, not all these seemingly random changes lead to positive results. I, too, have experienced this in the past at other companies and have felt quite frustrated.
Clearly, you and Aite Group were not a great match. Regardless, I thank you for giving us a chance and I am very sorry that it did not work out. I do wish you the best of luck in finding an ideal company that fits your expectations in the near future.
