Cons
The CEO's do not trust their employees and consciously hold job functions hostage to complete an employees task and then disciplines the employees for not completing task in time. The CEO will make you feel as though they are there for you and a mentor to look up to. In reality, they trust no one, brought in family to manage their tasks ( no favoritism there ) and constantly cancel meetings at last minute. HR is also run by an individual that has never held an HR position before and has botched numerous important tasks, with no disciplinary actions. They will also trick you with the whole remote position. This only goes to those they like, otherwise you are "hybrid" so they can micromanage you in the office.
