No job security at this company - Project Manager Aixial Group Employee Review

Made redundant with immediate effect after hardly any time of working there with no explanation or apology, no human decency to explain further beyond a 5 minute phone call with no forewarning. Why bother hiring people and getting them to leave secure employment to terminate them after a few weeks leaving them unemployed immediately? No sense of treating employees like actual people and just cruel corporate inhumane business decisions in my opinion.
