Compensation is fair: I have witnessed leaders initiating market assessment so employees are well-compensated and rewarded. The company recognizes hard work and treats its employees as its most valuable resource. Great culture with clear mission from top down: passionate about giving back to our shareholders. In addition, management initiates a wide range of programs engaging employees to give back to the Shareholder community – from internships, mentorships to the most recent “Two Wheels, One Spirit”. CEO personally gets involved setting example of great energy and sense of collaboration to achieve the company’s goals above and beyond!!
