Pros
-Some people and the general culture were the best
-Had lots of fun with collegues
-good pay, great benefits
Cons
-You have to be a part of the elite
-Last year "Chief people officer" (or head of HR) offered the two biggest bonuses to herself and her partner
-Management payed a big annual party without having enough financial maturity to last a year, they had to cut 1/3 of the company, leaving people without a job, and called it "mise a pied temporaire" so they didn't have to pay an indemnity if people left before they were called back
-Once was a flat organization, some people might have craven power and changed the structure to hierarchical, now too many directors and salaries that pays those directors
-as I mentioned before, they cut 1/3 of the employees, but kept all the HRs in place (be a part of the elite or else...)
-They also kept all the new directors and people without a month of experience, but they let go people that were loyal and were so committed on their mission that they gave all their energy for their employer
-Not scrum anymore, no SM and PO
-when they announced that people were laid off, CEO thanked the persons who made the decisions in front of all the company because it's a hard decision, instead of thanking people who were laid off for the work they did.
