Pros
Company is in the line of growth...the business is up growing. On operational aspects, lot of challenges are upcoming, need a real brainstorming to solve those. In a way a good learning experience and a good company to start with.
Cons
less interactions between employee and management. There are various modes for intellectual idea transfer between people of an organisation, which is still not there in akzonobel, at least not within the reach of executives.
