No respect anyone, specialy from higher management.

AL BAIK is no doubt a renowned company across the Saudi Arab. It's Training part is effective to the operation. Apart from that , Compliance of Food safety policy & Regulatory works are being followed very strictly.

Being a part of Top management, I do acknowledge about the partiality . Actually it makes other very negetive & demotivated. As per my opinion the major opportunity is Most of portion of Management are filled with ineligible Managers. Yes they can work hard but inefficient for the Managerial task.
