Good sestem and good management

All is good and catering standard food service and airline food service good

Good place for entry level, can gain a lot of experience, multiple company to transfer from within

unorganized, no clear hierarchy due to strong family presence, very low salaries relative to the working days and hours, no real incentives, too many internal problems, management will try as much as possible to make you do as much work as they can force you too. Their contracts are very vague and non specific they also don't seem to understand the concept of job titles.
