Pros
1) Good for Civil Engineers 2) Provide multi disciple services 3) Thats all, there is nothing to write in 20 words, thats coming to mind. almost ruined my career. They gave me chance as site engineer and asked me to check if there is any scratches or bends in fire fighting pipe, that was my duty. I dont know if i was that bad.
Cons
1) No Job Guarantee 2) Salary Dues 3) Most Seniors(Managers) dont even know what they are doing. JEC keeps thems by paying heavy remuneration and leaves behind people who puts maximum efforts. Job safety only for those who does "CHAMCHA". 4) No team work.
