Pros
Great opportunities if you are starting off your career. I do not recommend staying here more than 12 months.
Cons
They over promise and really under deliver. Your role and responsibilities will be very general, this is done on purpose so they can get you to do pretty much anything and everything they ask. The workload will be a lot, be prepared to work late and not be compensated for it. Pay will be not reflect the amount of work you do, you will most likely be under paid. Benefits are basic, No RRSP matching. 2 weeks vacation for almost all employees. Office is stale and has no life.
