Pros
Compensation is the only thing that makes this job worth it. You get what you put into it. If you have a strong work ethic, you will like this job. For the most part, Worley's management truly cares about their employees. Worley provides a large amount of training and helps prepare you as much as possible for the job.
Cons
If you want to be successful, be prepared to travel 9-10 months a year. You never know where you will be going until 1-2 days before you are expected to leave. There is NO work-life balance. Workload of at least 60 hours a week is expected if you want to be successful. Most days you will start at 6-7am and still have a computer in your lap at midnight. No days off.
