      It is an excellent organization to work with as an employee or you can start your own franchise with the organization's leaders support, who have been in business since 1996 and know everything about how and who will be successful as a franchisee.

      Cons

      You have to work hard in the beginning for around 6 months to a year and then you can work smart building your own franchise just like many others have done.

      Pros

      The company is one of the best workplace I have worked at. There is much room for promotion if you are willing to work and do your part. The turn over is low and they only fire employees for major wrongdoing.

      Cons

      It is not an organization where you can not work as you should and expect to get raise and be promoted. You have to earn your position.
