- Dramatic and overcontrolling management, too much ego - Low salaries below the market, high burnout risk - Spying software, company culture has many weird & strict policies to follow - Unclear and sluggish development process - Nepotism, sexism, and toxic relationship often found in a team - No medical insurance coverage and other good perks
