Staff are dedicated, warm, and welcoming. Your employees are often truly a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Leadership has no coherent and central guiding vision. The aspirational Mission and Vison statements translate into little in the way of meaningful action. Leadership makes truly terrible (not to mention often capricious) decisions with little planning or forethought. The organization is unnecessarily very oppositionally oriented with their labor represented staff. Leadership hiring decisions are excessively arbitrary and make little functional sense.
